Our Story

Taddie was born from personal experience.

After settling an estate ourselves, spending countless evenings and weekends sorting, clearing the home, arranging repairs, and preparing the property for sale, we quickly realized just how overwhelming and time consuming the process can be, especially while navigating a major life transition.

As our family grew older, we found ourselves facing these kinds of transitions again and again. Each experience highlighted the same challenge: simply renting a dumpster or hiring movers fell short of the support we really needed, and left us to fill in the gaps, coordinating multiple providers while managing everything else life demanded at the same time.

We created Taddie to change that.

By bringing estate clearing, move management, and property preparation together under one roof, we provide the kind of thoughtful, end-to-end support we wished had been available to us. Our goal is simple: to make life's biggest property transitions more manageable, with expert guidance and meticulous attention to detail every step of the way.

Built to Help

Before founding Taddie, Chelsea spent over a decade working in design and creative leadership, managing complex projects, leading teams, and bringing ideas to life. Today, she applies that same attention to detail, organizational expertise, and people-first approach to every property transition.

Inspired by her own experience settling family estates, Chelsea believes every property deserves to be thoughtfully prepared for its next chapter, whether that means maximizing its appeal before going to market or creating a functional, comfortable space for someone beginning a new stage of life. Guided by a commitment to responsible consumption, empathy and care, she approaches every project with the goal of leaving each space better than she found it.
