The Clear-Out

For those who need their entire space cleared and free of debris, our estate clear-out services will remove remaining unwanted items post-sale, making sure they are re-used, re-purposed or recycled wherever possible. Disposal is always our last resort. If you require a clear-out, but do not need an estate sale, we are happy to explore how we can help.

Can I be on the property while you work?

Absolutely! In some circumstances, such as the early stages of sorting and decluttering, it's preferable. You are never obligated to leave or be present; the choice is up to you.

Do you donate or recycle items?

At Taddie, we believe in circular economies, and take special care to reuse, donate, repurpose and recycle items whenever possible. Disposing is always our last resort.

Do you take care of hazardous materials?

Due to the nature of hazardous materials, we do not personally dispose of them. However, we can coordinate the disposal of hazardous materials with the appropriate city organizations.

Can you sell our property?

Unfortunately, we don't offer real estate services, but we're happy to connect you with fantastic realtors in your area.

Do you sell contents outside of estate sales?

Yes, we offer consignment and contents sales, including buyer pickup coordination for those who only have a few items to part with, or need to sell after a downsize or declutter. You can expect the same commission rate for downsizing and estate sale services.

Are your services appropriate for seniors?

Of course! We are happy to work with seniors and senior communities; we understand the specialized needs of seniors, both emotionally and physically, during downsizing, moves, and legacy decluttering.

What areas do you serve?

We service Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Markham, Etobicoke, MIssissauga, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, East York, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa.

How long do your services take?

Every home is different, but a typical property can be cleared and ready for it's next stage anywhere from 2 weeks to 1.5 months depending on the size of the space and services needed. However, properties that need extra attention may take longer.
