What to Expect at Our Events

No appointment is necessary to enter our event. Sign up sheets are circulated an hour prior to doors opening. It is recommended to arrive early, and be prepared to wait. Once your name is on the list, you are welcome to leave the premises until the event starts.

To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, the number of guests allowed inside the property at a time is limited based on the size of the space. As one visitor leaves, the next name on the list may enter.

Organization

Rooms within our events are organized by theme. All room themes are shared in advance with accompanying photography. Due to the first come first serve nature of estate sales, we recommend you start in the room that interests you most for a greater chance of successfully claiming wanted items.

Pricing and Claiming

Every item in our estate sales are meticulously researched and priced. On the first day of the event, prices are firm. Respectful bidding is permitted on following days.

Planning Your Visit

We ask that our guests leave any large bags in your vehicle or at the door upon entering our event. We are happy to hold your purchased items for you if you need to retrieve a bag to carry your new belongings off the premises.

Out of respect for the property, shoes are not allowed to be worn inside. We encourage our guests to wear socks or bring indoor footwear for your comfort.

Parking

Share where the nearest available parking is in relation to the estate sale. If there is a parking lot nearby, share the exact location and the approximate distance from the estate sale.

Please be mindful not to block neighbors.

Note: Parking on the property is reserved for buyers to load items into vehicles.

Accepted Payment Methods

Taddie accepts cash, debit and credit card purchases.

Coordinating Pick Up

If you would like to pick up your newly purchased belongings at a later date, please leave your name and number with us. We will keep your items safe until our listed pickup day.

Note: Unfortunately we cannot keep items past our pickup window. Unclaimed items will be donated.
